SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at ThermoRoll! We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly and transparently as possible.

1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Due to high demand and international shipping logistics, average delivery times are as follows:
• Europe & United Kingdom: 5 – 10 business days
• United States & Canada: 6 – 12 business days
• Rest of the World: 8 – 15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or peak seasonal volumes.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Worldwide Shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required!

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can track your package directly through the link provided.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
ThermoRoll is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
